Hi, Guillaume! You’re Sales Director France & Benelux. Could you explain which tasks are part of your daily doing?
I’m taking care of France, Benelux and all the French speaking countries in the world, but I am as well taking care for a lot of other countries (Scandinavia, USA, Asia…) for business development. That means I’m the direct contact for our existing and also for our future customers. I help them to find the best solution. We have some unique products which are an answer to the needs of many professionals in the pest-control market.
Within my role, I work really close with our marketing team. We want to create the best marketing material that we can. We want to improve our visibility on all platforms for the French market. Beside the cooperation with our marketing team, I work on many projects with our sales strategy and business development.
What did you do before you joined Futura?
I worked for an international food company. I’ve joined the market in the year 2015 as a sales export executive (Scandinavia, Asia, Africa) for a company in England: Pelsis. This is where I’ve learned about the market, the product and where I’ve met Daniel, our CEO.
Why did you decide to join?
Well… I joined Futura, because of a few reasons. I think the most important is that I believe that we can change the view of the pest-control market with our products. It is so important to create products which can decrease significantly the use of biocides! A second reason why I joined is the position of Futura on the market. We are the leading company in digital and non-toxic products.
My next big project for example is to increase our visibility on the French speaking market with our existing brand and to prepare the market for our new product coming later on this year.
To be a part of this whole transformation was really appealing to me!
What do you like most about your job?
The thing I like the most about my job is getting in contact with professional customers in our sector and to help them to find the best solution with our products.

I have complete control of my territory, so I can advise my customers faster.
I can easily make decisions that I could not if I would work in a bigger company.

Where do you see Futura in 10 years?
Futura, in 10 years, will still be the leader of Digital Pest Control. We have the motivation, the people and the envy to bring more and more new products that will change the biocide-based pest control market. Futura will definitely be there to improve and to generate new ideas because of our adaptability and experience.
